Sweet Potato Fries With Cinnamon & Paprika

Cinnamon & Paprika Sweet Potato Fries

This is my go-to veggie side dish and I make these fries at least once a week.

Don’t be thrown by the cinnamon and paprika. They make an incredible combination and perfectly compliment the sweetness of the potato.

When we do burgers in my house there is always a plate of sweet potato fries out as well. There is just something about having a “burger with fries” that cannot be beat.

(Try pairing them with this amazing Spicy Black Bean Burger!)

Cinnamon & Paprika Sweet Potato Fries

  • Large Sweet Potato
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Peel the sweet potato. Cut into strips that are about 1/2 inch wide on each side.
  • Place the sweet potato fries into a big bowl. Drizzle oil over fries and add salt, paprika, and cinnamon. Toss to coat the fries.
  • Spread the fries onto the baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Cook for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, until slightly browned. Transfer immediately to a paper towel lined plate and serve warm.
